CABIN READY, established at Catharina van Clevepark 10, 1181 AT Amstelveen, is responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this privacy policy. CABIN READY processes your personal data because you use our services, on the basis of a legal obligation, or because you have provided this data to us yourself. Without this data, we are unable to carry out the assignments. CABIN READY does not make decisions based on automated processing that may have (significant) consequences for individuals. This concerns decisions made by computer programmes or systems, without any human involvement (e.g. an employee of CABIN READY).

CABIN READY only registers medical data if you have given explicit consent for this. This data is used for the purpose for which it was collected, namely to provide the course instructor with the correct information about your goals and background, so that they can support you in achieving those goals within the programme. The registration form is deleted within one month after the end of the programme.

CABIN READY does not retain your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. CABIN READY must, however, take into account liability for professional errors.

CABIN READY shares your personal data with various third parties where necessary for the execution of the agreement and to comply with any legal obligation. With companies that process your data on our behalf, such as our accountant, we conclude a data processing agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. This also applies if data is processed abroad. CABIN READY ensures that this only takes place in countries that have been deemed adequate. These are EU countries and countries that have taken appropriate measures. CABIN READY remains responsible for these processing activities.

CABIN READY uses cookies or similar technologies on its website in principle only with your consent. However, CABIN READY uses cookies without prior consent if they are necessary for the functioning of the website or necessary for a service you have requested yourself. CABIN READY uses cookies, for example, to assess the quality or effectiveness of the website. A cookie may be used to see how you navigate through the website. CABIN READY can use this information to improve its website. This does not constitute a significant infringement of your privacy. CABIN READY will not use this data to, for example, build a profile of your internet usage. Nor will it share this information with other companies without reason.

On cabinready.nl, buttons may be included from platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+ and videos from YouTube. These work through pieces of code originating from those platforms themselves. Through this code, cookies are placed that can be read by these companies. These cookies allow logged-in users of selected social media to directly share certain content from our website. For our website, a social media cookie is only placed at the moment you actually click the button.

For the cookies placed by the social media parties and the possible data they collect, we refer you to the statements that these parties provide on their own websites. Please note that these statements may change regularly.

CABIN READY may request your consent to send a periodic newsletter. This consent can be withdrawn by you at any time.

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. The latter is possible after the retention period has expired. In addition, you have the right to withdraw any consent you have given for data processing, or to object to the processing of your personal data by CABIN READY, and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we process about you in a computer file to you or another organisation you have named. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion or transfer of your personal data, or a withdrawal of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to info@cabinready.nl. To ensure that the access request has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your identity document with the request. Please black out the following parts of your copy to protect your privacy:

– Your passport photo

– The MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport)

– The passport number

– Citizen Service Number (BSN)

We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks.
