Trainer Behaviour, Safety & Risk Management

For over 7 years I have been active as a trainer, specialising in guiding professionals within complex and high-risk environments. In addition, I have more than 15 years of experience across various (international) commercial and non-profit contexts where behaviour, safety and risk management are central. This unique combination enables me to deliver training that is not only strong in content, but also closely aligned with the practical realities of diverse sectors and cultures.

My passion lies in developing practical skills to deal safely and effectively with aggression, conflict and unsafe situations. Through realistic exercises and the use of training actors, I ensure that participants feel safe and can apply what they have learned directly and effectively.

My approach is direct and engaged, with great respect for each person's individual learning experience and unique background. When Wes told me about his new venture and the unique method he developed, I was immediately enthusiastic! I believe that real growth happens in an environment where you dare to be yourself, where vulnerability is welcomed and trust is felt.
